Manchester City kept hope of an unprecedented quadruple alive with an FA Cup fourth-round win at Cardiff.

The Premier League leaders were ahead early on when Kevin De Bruyne expertly struck a free-kick under the jump of Cardiff’s wall and into the net.

Bernardo Silva controversially saw a goal ruled our shortly after, before Raheem Sterling headed in a second.

Cardiff offered little after the break and were reduced to 10 men when Joe Bennett was sent off late on.
